The quote says ”Go placidly amidst the noise and haste”, which is the first line from my Dad’s favourite poem and philosophy of living, Desiderata. My Dad is without question the most influential person in my life so the quote is for him, the barn owl (drawn by me) is for me. I love owls for their solitary natures, dignity and viciousness. The work was done by Rik Brown of Smart Art Tattoos, St Ives, Cambridgeshire. It is an honour to be tattooed by a true professional. His dry wit comes for free.
